We're looking for a passionate Optical Dispenser who enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them look and see their very best.

About the Role

As an Optical Dispenser, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. Working closely with our optometrists, you'll help patients choose eyewear that complements their vision, lifestyle and personality.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses.
• Recommend lens technologies tailored to individual needs.
• Perform frame adjustments and minor repairs.
• Take accurate facial and frame measurements.
• Order and dispense spectacles.
• Deliver outstanding customer service from the first greeting through to collection.
• Support the day-to-day running of our busy independent practice.

About You

You'll ideally have:

• Experience as an Optical Dispenser (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for helping people.
• An eye for fashion and premium eyewear.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
• A positive, professional attitude.
