This is much more than an Assistant Manager role.

As our Assistant Spa Manager, you'll partner closely with the Spa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the spa and the Reformer Pilates studio, support the leadership of our reception team, drive sales performance and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional wellness experience.

As Assistant Spa Manager, you will:

• Support the Spa Manager in driving daily operations, sales performance and member retention.
• Lead and coach the Reception team to deliver exceptional service and memorable client experiences.
• Take ownership of the spa in the absence of the Spa Manager.
• Drive membership, package, retail and add-on sales while supporting promotional campaigns and community activations.
• Assist with rostering, stock control, supplier management and operational compliance.
• Manage escalated customer enquiries, group bookings and membership requests with professionalism and care.
• Help oversee the day-to-day operations of both the spa and Reformer Pilates studio, ensuring premium presentation and service standards.
• Support onboarding, training and development of new team members while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.

You'll be someone who:

• Has leadership or supervisory experience within a spa, wellness, fitness, hospitality or premium customer service environment.
• Thrives in a customer-focused, sales-driven environment.
• Leads by example and enjoys coaching and developing others.
• Is organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities.
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Brings a passion for wellness and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) a current First Aid & CPR Certificate and has Australian working rights.
