KU has been proudly recognised as an Employer of Choice for 10 consecutive years. This recognition reflects a workplace culture where people are supported to thrive, innovate and build meaningful, long‑term careers through investment in their future.
KU is our place, where we all belong. A safe, calm community of children, families and educators. Side by side, we explore the world through many cultures and perspectives. KU children learn it’s OK to be different, and that we can all be different, together.

About The Service
KU Treehouse is our vibrant and unique service located inside the Stockland building on Castlereagh Street in Sydney’s CBD.
Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Gadigal Metro Station, our service is truly one-of-a-kind, featuring a stunning rooftop atrium that fills the space with natural light and a beautiful ‘secret forest’ play area, where children immerse themselves in the wonders of nature.
With sandpits to explore, water play, and leafy plants, our space is designed to inspire creativity, exploration, and a deep connection to the environment. We are passionate about sustainability, striving to limit plastic usage and create an eco-conscious environment for both children and staff.
At KU Treehouse, we focus on nurturing children’s appreciation for the natural world while integrating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural perspectives as a foundation for sustainable practices and environmental respect.
About The Role
We are looking for a Certificate III qualified educator to join the team in a permanent full-time capacity.
This role will see you working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day on a rotating roster accruing one paid day off every month!
About The Criteria
Along with relevant working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF) and a sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011), it is essential that you have:
