Refrigeration Service Technician

Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning South West is looking for a Fully Qualified Service Technician to join our professional and close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician seeking stability, flexibility, and a positive work environment.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and repair work across a range of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems. You will represent our brand on-site and play a key role in maintaining our strong reputation for quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintain domestic and commercial ducted, wall split, and cassette air conditioning systems

• Diagnose faults and breakdowns and carry out repairs efficiently and to a high standard

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members

• Work independently while adhering to company procedures and safety standards

Essential Requirements

• Trade Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

• Current manual driver’s licence

• WA Restricted Electrical Licence

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Solid understanding of OHS requirements and safe work practices
