About the role:
The Lead, First Nations Health Promotion plays a key role in advancing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander self-determination. Working in partnership with Community, the role leads the development, implementation and stewardship of initiatives that strengthen First Nations health and wellbeing.

We're looking for someone with strong stakeholder management skills to act as a trusted connector between VicHealth, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations, government and other partners.
Qualifications and experience:
Closing Date: Monday 24 August 2026
Unit: Health Promotion Systems
Tenure: Full-time, fixed-term (until 30 June 2027)
Classification: VicHealth Grade D
Remuneration: Starting at $95,040 per annum (plus superannuation and other benefits)
