• Attend scheduled maintenance and installation jobs via ServiceM8

• Diagnose issues, provide solutions, and quote work on the spot

• Build trust with customers and confidently recommend upgrades or improvements

• Take full ownership of your vehicle, jobs, and outcomes

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and Licensed Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Sydney, NSW to become either an Electrical Installer or Electrical Sales Tech. 

Electrical Installer - You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure that our projects are completed safely and efficiently. 

Electrical Sales Tech - You will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our electrical services. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Both roles require a strong focus on customer interaction and salesmanship. You will engage directly with clients, identifying opportunities for additional services and upgrades.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid NSW Electrical License

• Valid NSW Driver’s License & White Card

• Clean, professional presentation – you’re the face of Bright Force

• Strong fault-finding, problem-solving, and installation skills

• Ability to work independently while owning your jobs

• Great communication and people skills

What sets you apart:

• Proven sales ability or a strong natural instinct to identify and convert opportunities

• Experience quoting jobs and upselling additional work

• ASP Level 2 Licence (or working towards it) – highly regarded

• A driven, results-focused mindset — you like being rewarded for performance
