Who We Are:

Lilly Cosmetic & Beauty is a nurse-led cosmetic injectables and skin clinic built on 13+ years of aesthetic nursing experience — and a philosophy that clients are people, not treatment areas.

We have two strong arms under the Lilly Umbrella so far: Lilly Cosmetic & Beauty (the clinic), and Lilly Aesthetic Academy (our education arm, training the next generation of nurses and therapists). We're a close-knit, multidisciplinary crew — nurses, beauty therapists, doctors, energetic healers, and a front-of-house lead who also does energy healing and massage (yes, really — we told you we're not like the others).

We've spent years building a team culture that's warm, high-standard, and genuinely fun to walk into every day — because we believe strong clinics are built on strong, self-led people who love what they do.

The Role:

We're on the hunt for a Cosmetic Nurse to join our clinical team — someone ready to grow their skills, their confidence, and their own client base in a hands-on, mentorship-rich environment.

You'll work alongside our Senior RN, our Beauty & Wellness Team, and our Clinic Owner (Lauren - Expert Cosmetic Injector and Director) directly — with real, tangible pathways to more responsibility, more shifts, and (for the right person) a genuine long-term home at Lilly.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

• Performing anti-wrinkle injections, dermal filler, and related cosmetic treatments — safely and within your scope

• Running thorough, holistic consultations that look at the whole client, not just the area they've booked in for

• Following our structured consultation framework so every single client gets the same premium Lilly experience

• Keeping your clinical records, consent forms, and infection control on point (non-negotiable, obviously)

• Building real relationships with clients that keep them coming back — we're relationship-first, not a numbers game

• Working shoulder-to-shoulder with reception, beauty therapists, and the wider team to keep clinic days flowing

• Getting involved in team huddles, training sessions, and clinical case chats

• Showing up for the team on big, busy clinic days — and having them show up for you

What You Bring to the Table

Clinical Foundations

• Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA

• At least one completed course in Cosmetic Nursing — we want to see you've already taken the initiative before we invest in you

• Minimum 6 months' experience as a Cosmetic Nurse

• Solid grasp of facial anatomy, safety, and complication awareness — and the judgement to ask for backup when you need it

• Cosmetic Injectable treatments including; Anti-Wrinkle, Dermal Filler (lips, cheeks, chin) & anything else will be a bonus.

• Someone who leads by example — punctuality, presentation, client care — title or no title

• Coachable and generous with feedback in both directions

• Warm, emotionally intelligent, and quick to build trust with clients and teammates alike

• Comfortable with a busy, in-person client base — we're a relationship-first clinic, not a volume mill

Bonus Points If You

• Love the science behind aesthetics as much as the artistry — ingredients, mechanisms, technique, all of it

• Are keen to attend industry events, conferences, and training days (and bring the goss — er, knowledge — back to us)

• Are comfortable on camera and up for contributing to our social content

• See your growth here potentially extending into Lilly Aesthetic Academy one day, as a mentor or facilitator

And Above All Else You're genuinely kind. Technical skill matters enormously — but at Lilly, how you make people feel is just as non-negotiable.

The Shifts

This is a casual position to start, with real room to grow.

Core shifts:

• Thursday afternoon til late (12pm - 8pm)

• Saturday (9am - 4pm)

Likely to be added as your books build:

• Wednesday afternoon til late (12pm - 8pm)

• Friday (9am - 5pm)

We're upfront: the more established you become with our clients, the more consistent (and plentiful) your hours will be. This is a growth opportunity with no ceiling — not a fixed part-time role you'll outgrow in six months.
