We're looking for an Assistant Manager with QSR or hospitality leadership experience who can run a great shift, build a strong team and create the kind of customer experience people come back for. Who we're looking for

You're a hands-on leader from QSR, hospitality or another fast-paced customer environment who knows how to bring energy, set standards and build a team people want to be part of. You know how to coach in the moment, keep service sharp, manage the rush and create a workplace that feels fun, fast and well-run. You bring a strong customer mindset, sound operational judgment, confidence juggling priorities, and the flexibility to work a rotating roster in line with business needs.

Your role

As Assistant Manager, you'll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to keep the restaurant running at its best. You'll lead shifts, coach and develop team members, support great operational results, and help deliver the kind of fresh, fast, unmistakably Wendy's experience our customers expect. From team engagement to service standards, food safety to financial performance, you'll play a visible role in building a restaurant people love to visit and a team people love being part of.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the shift: Coach and motivate the team to deliver fast, friendly, consistent service.
• Own the guest experience: Create a fresh, upbeat experience customers want to come back for.
• Keep standards high: Drive quality, cleanliness, presentation and speed of service.
• Keep it safe and compliant: Follow food safety, workplace safety and operating standards.
• Build your team: Train, coach and recognise team members so they can grow.
• Back strong results: Support labour, stock, food cost and shift execution.
• Help build the brand: Bring energy, ideas and momentum as Wendy's grows in Australia.
