Construction Cleaner

Acan Group is seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Cleaner to join our growing team.

This full-time role involves working across active construction sites and completing initial, final and handover cleaning.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Applicants must be flexible and available to work across different project locations as required.

• Perform construction cleaning, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and rubbish removal

• Complete initial, final and handover cleans

• Clean floors, windows, glass, walls, fixtures and fittings

• Remove dust, debris, stickers and construction residue safely

• Prepare sites for inspections, client walkthroughs and handovers

• Store equipment, tools and materials correctly

• Dispose of construction waste according to site requirements

• Identify and report hazards, damage and safety concerns

• Follow site instructions, SWMS, PPE requirements and safety procedures

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation

• At least six months of construction or commercial cleaning experience is preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Physically capable of performing manual cleaning duties

• Reliable, punctual and professional

• Flexible to travel and work at different project locations

• Valid White Card

• Valid Australian driver’s licence and confidence driving a company vehicle

• Working with Children Check preferred but not essential

• Valid Australian working rights

• Full-time hours

• Working hours from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
