About the Centre:

• At Kids Academy Mickleham, we offer high-quality early education and care for children aged 0-5 in a warm, welcoming environment that families trust. Located on Brookfield Boulevard, our purpose-built centre provides a safe and inspiring space where children feel supported to grow, explore, and thrive.

  Our passionate team of educators are dedicated to nurturing each child’s development through the exclusive Lifelong Learning Curriculum, a play-based approach that includes STEM, literacy, and social-emotional learning. We also offer a government-approved kindergarten program to ensure every child is prepared for a confident start to school.

About the Role

• Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
• Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
• Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
• A current Working with Children’s Check
• Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
