• Manage daily accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment allocations, bank reconciliations and account maintenance.
• Follow up outstanding invoices, resolve discrepancies and support claims, final accounts and stakeholder relationships.

The Opportunity

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our AR function while helping us continue to improve and evolve our processes.

You will be responsible for:

• Processing daily bank statements and accurately allocating receipts and payments
• Performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
• Raising and issuing a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Proactively following up outstanding invoices and progressing claims for payment
• Maintaining accurate customer accounts and AR records
• Delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Reviewing contract documentation and supporting final account processes
• Contributing ideas and improvements to help streamline processes and enhance customer outcomes

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a team environment, takes pride in delivering quality work and is eager to learn and grow.

You will bring:

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections and/or Banking, Billing or a similar finance administration role
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes while maintaining accuracy
• Sound understanding of AR processes, including bank reconciliations and journals
• Strong Excel and systems skills, with a naturally curious and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A positive, proactive approach and willingness to contribute to team success
• An interest in continuous improvement and being part of a team that's evolving and growing
