• Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits to a high standard

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient bar

• Delivering warm and engaging customer service

• Assisting with beverage recommendations and upselling

• Supporting floor staff during busy service periods

• Opening and closing bar procedures

• Restocking and maintaining bar presentation

• Assisting management with maintaining service standards

• Previous cocktail or restaurant bar experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• Positive attitude and professional presentation

• Passion for food, wine, and hospitality

• Availability across nights and weekends
