Southern Cross Smiles is a modern, welcoming, friendly and close-knit dental practice conveniently located near Southern Cross Station. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and reliable team members to join us in two positions: Dental Receptionist and Dental Assistant. Attractive remuneration!

Both roles will initially be offered on a stable casual basis, with an opportunity to progress to increased days/Hours for the right person.

Available Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday

The role will include:

• Welcoming and assisting patients

• Answering phones and managing patient enquiries

• Booking and confirming appointments

• Managing recalls and patient follow-ups

• Processing payments and health fund claims

• General reception/general housekeeping and administrative duties

Monday–Saturday | Flexible days

We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who can work across Monday to Saturday, with flexibility of days. Multiple positions available.

Duties include:

• Chairside assisting

• Surgery setup and pack-down

• Instrument sterilization and infection control

• Cleaning and preparing surgeries between patients

• Supporting dentists during procedures/ general housekeeping

• Stock management and general clinical duties/ relief reception

We are looking for someone who is:

Previous dental experience is highly regarded. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
