About the Role
As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen. You'll help maintain high food standards, contribute creative menu ideas and weekly specials.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the daily management of kitchen operations
• Ensure food quality, presentation and portion control standards are maintained
• Assist with menu development and chef specials
• Portion and prepare a variety of meat cuts
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Support and mentor junior kitchen staff
