Warehouse/Store Person

-        $35 to $45 an hour depending on experience

-        Average 40 hours a week, Full time hours with OT as required

-        Required license: Driver’s license

-        Preferred license: Forklift and Light Ridged Truck

-        Immediate Start

-        Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse/store person role (Mining, Parts Interpreter)

About the Role

Paton Diesel Services (PDS) in Paget, Mackay are seeking a full time, warehouse/store person. In this role you will be in responsible for the storage, distribution and management of our incoming and out going stock. Immediate start available.

Responsibilities Include:

-        Receiving, unloading and distributing stock

-        Ensuring parts are accurate and organised for jobs

-        Maintaining warehouse stock levels

-        General upkeep and tidying of warehouse/storage area

-        Delivery and pick up of parts from suppliers

-        Use of forklift for loading and unloading of deliveries

-        Other duties as required by management

About you:

-        Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar job (Mining, Parts Interpreter)

-        Must have driver’s license

-        Forklift Ticket and Light Ridged License high desirable

-        Experience with stock management software an advantage

-        Physically fit with ability to load and unload heavy items

-        Ability to work autonomously and within a team

-        Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records

-        Proactive attitude
