Internal Sales & Operations Allrounder

Ladder Solutions is a growing family owned business and we're looking for an energetic and adaptable Internal Sales & Operations Allrounder to join our team.

This isn't a traditional sales role & this isn't a traditional warehouse role.

It's a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, solving problems, supporting a busy sales team and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and help the operations team when needed.

A large part of your role will involve supporting customers who call and email in with product and pricing advice, processing orders and maintaining regular contact with our customer base. We believe great customer relationships are built through proactive communication, not simply waiting for the phone to ring, so the role also includes regularly contacting customers to check in, discuss upcoming requirements, promote new products and specials, re-engage inactive accounts and ensure they're getting the most from their relationship with Ladder Solutions.

The smaller part of the role is being part of a team that supports one another. During busy periods you may assist with warehouse activities, stock movements, container unloads or order preparation to help keep our operations running smoothly.

• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Physically capable of assisting with the movement of bulky products when required.
