Bruder RV is a premium Australian manufacturer of high-performance, off-road and luxury caravans. Known globally for our EXP range and the newly launched ADX series, Bruder RV is recognised for innovation, quality and capability in some of the world’s toughest conditions.

We are now seeking a practical, reliable and detail-focused Pod Build Team Member to join our Brisbane production team. This hands-on role will support the assembly of Bruder RV pods and components, helping deliver high-quality expedition vehicles that meet our standards for safety, quality and productivity.

About the role

As a Pod Build Team Member, you will be involved in the assembly and fitment of components as part of the manufacturing process. You will use hand tools and power tools, follow work instructions, complete quality checks and contribute to a clean, organised and team-focused production environment.

This role is suited to someone with strong practical skills, a good eye for detail and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble pods, trailers and components according to work instructions

• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

• Follow production schedules and complete tasks within allocated timeframes

• Fit and secure components accurately and to Bruder RV standards

• Complete quality checks during and after assembly

• Identify and report defects, issues or non-conformances

• Assist in resolving assembly issues to support production flow

• Maintain a clean and organised work area in line with 5S principles

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

• Work collaboratively with team members, leaders and supervisors

• Communicate clearly regarding progress, concerns or production issues

• Support process improvement through feedback and practical suggestions

About you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production or similar hands-on work

• Experience using hand tools and power tools

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

• Ability to follow work instructions, schedules and directions

• Good communication skills

• Strong organisation and time management skills

• Reliability, punctuality and a self-motivated approach

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A positive, respectful and flexible attitude

• Physical fitness and willingness to perform hands-on work

Experience in caravan, RV, trailer, automotive, marine, cabinetry, fabrication or general manufacturing environments will be highly regarded, but is not essential for candidates with strong practical ability and a willingness to learn.
