A-ESQUE is available online and through its own Atelier in Richmond, Melbourne, offering a refined retail experience for discerning customers.Role Description the EXPERIENCED PART-TIME RETAIL SALES POSITION at A-ESQUE is an on-site role based in Armadale, VIC. In this role, the team member will welcome and engage customers, provide personalized product guidance, and deliver a high standard of customer service in line with the brand’s luxury positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, explaining product features and care, maintaining store presentation, processing transactions, and communicating with the Atelier. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, contributing to sales targets, and representing A-ESQUE’s values and aesthetic in every interaction. This is a part-time position with regular retail hours, which can include weekends and peak trading periods.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Retail Sales skills, including experience in driving sales and meeting store targets.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport and foster customer loyalty.Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to clearly convey product information and brand stories.Candidates should possess strong Product Knowledge or the ability to quickly learn details about luxury leather goods and craftsmanship.Previous experience in premium or luxury retail environments is highly beneficial.Ability to work part-time, including weekends, with a reliable on-site presence in Armadale, VIC.A strong sense of personal style, and a genuine interest in design, and fashion which is used to connect and build relationships is most advantageous.Basic proficiency with Shopify POS is preferred.
