What We’re Looking For:

• Sales, customer service, or trade background
• A passion for tools, power tools, or the trade industry

A Day in the Role:

• Serve customers in-store and over the phone with great advice and energy
• Process transactions and manage customer orders efficiently
• Promote sales, special offers, and new product releases
• Troubleshoot issues and help customers find the right solutions
• Maintain eye-catching displays and stock presentation
• Attend regular product and sales training sessions
