We are currently seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care and support to our residents at Bethanie Como Aged Care Home.

This Enrolled Nurse opportunity offers the flexibility you’re looking for, with the stability of a Permanent Part Time role.

You will be available to work the following shift pattern

Week 1

Monday 0700-1500

Tuesday 0700-1500

Saturday 1500-2200

Week 2

Monday 0700-1500

Tuesday 0700-1500

Sunday 0700-1500

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide hands-on care to residents while supporting a multi-skilled team with a focus on learning and safety.

The Role

• Carrying out personal care plans in consultation with and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Consulting with a Registered Nurse in planning care on a shift basis
• Assisting in assessing residents and ensuring all documentation is up to date and in accordance with company requirements
• Contributing to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of residents
• Communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders and contributing to teamwork within the workplace
• Participating in ongoing learning and development, both individually and as part of a larger team

About You

• Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
• Experience working in aged care and/or supporting residents living with dementia
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systems
• Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one)
