Registered Nurse - Mental Health

Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a difference in a friendly, collaborative environment? We are seeking a motivated RN to join our busy Mental Health Clinic on a permanent part-time basis.

About the Role

You will deliver recovery-focused, evidence-based mental health nursing care to individuals with acute and enduring psychiatric conditions, utilising comprehensive risk assessments, therapeutic interventions, and collaborative care planning to support patient safety and holistic wellbeing within a private clinic setting. The ward supports patients experiencing eating disorders, detoxification needs, and general mood disorders.

As a member of our clinical team you will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients.

About You: 

You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

• Current registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurses)
• Recent experience in mental health care or relevant social services environment.
• Aptitude to step up to a shift lead role.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and professional growth.
