An exciting new opportunity exists for an experienced Practice Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of Our GP Complex Ascot. 

What will be required of you:

• Management of Nursing and Reception Staff

• Staff training and Inductions

• Working on Reception

• Running regular operational & clinical practice meetings (setting agendas and taking minutes)

• Ensuring all reminders, recalls and patient complaints are managed according to company policy (RACGP 6th Edition)

• Medicare batching, debtors, invoicing and banking schedules are completed

• Defining processes and opportunities for Improvement

• Appointment book optimisation (including Flu Clinics)

• Trouble shooting IT issues to engage 3rd party provider

• Patient database management

Experience & Attributes:

• Minimum of 2 years practice management in a general practice setting

• Thorough knowledge of Best Practice, Hotdocs

• Knowledge of Cubiko advantageous

• Thorough knowledge of Cold Chain Management

• Basic knowledge and understanding of Accounting Processes

• Attitude of “No issue/problem is too big to solve”
