Support Worker

We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers who bring patience, reliability and genuine care to every shift. If you believe support should empower people—not simply assist them—we would like to hear from you.

Your role

No two days will be exactly the same. Depending on each participant’s needs and preferences, you may:

• Assist with personal care and daily routines

• Support household activities and appointments

• Help participants strengthen everyday living skills

• Encourage social connection and community participation

• Provide steady, respectful support during challenging situations

• Promote independence, confidence and informed choice

• Complete clear and accurate progress notes

• Work collaboratively with participants, families and colleagues

What you’ll bring

You will be someone who:

• Has previous experience in disability support

• Treats every person with dignity, respect and understanding

• Communicates clearly and builds positive professional relationships

• Responds calmly and flexibly when circumstances change

• Is reliable, organised and comfortable using online reporting systems

• Takes responsibility for providing safe, consistent support

• Is willing to learn and develop professionally

What you’ll need

• A current driver’s licence

• Access to a reliable vehicle

• A current Blue Card for child-related employment

• A current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

• The ability to satisfy all relevant employment and compliance requirements

A Certificate III in Individual Support or a related qualification is desirable.
