Your new role as an Allied Health Professional with Healthe Care
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Allied Health Assistants and Physiotherapists to join our growing team on a casual basis - making a real difference in people's lives in a supportive and collaborative environment!
This role will require working predominately at our Waratah Private Hospital with the opportunity to work across Hurstville Private Hospital.
The role will require working over the week and weekends, and will be pivotal in contributing to maintaining excellent care provided to our patients.
Weekend shifts are flexible and negotiable based on operational needs and candidate availability.
*Role Requirements*
Allied Health Assistant
Certificate III/IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent experience.
Experience supporting therapists and patients in rehabilitation.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Physiotherapists
Qualifications and registration with AHPRA
Demonstrated clinical knowledge, assessment and intervention skills in an acute, rehabilitation and / or outpatient setting.
Ability to provide coordinated services in association with other clinicians, the client, family and carers.
Experience facilitating group-based interventions and well-developed communication skills.
Ability to set priorities and work collaboratively or autonomously in an efficient manner to meet the requirements of the role
A commitment to professional supervision and professional development
Essential Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years experience
Current Working with Children Check and Police Check.
Current NSW driver's licence
Category A healthcare workers must complete occupational assessment, screening and vaccination against specified infectious diseases. Evidence of compliance or valid medical exemption is required prior to commencement.
