Step up to lead integrated mental health care in Pilbara! The Integrated Primary Mental Health Care (IPMHC) Pilbara program delivers stepped mental health support for people aged 16+, from early intervention to clinical care coordination. Based in Karratha and outreaching to regional communities, it provides trauma-informed, culturally safe, and person-centred care through close partnerships with GPs, allied health, and community services.
Deliver coordinated clinical support and oversee holistic, trauma-informed services for people across diverse communities. Collaborate with GPs, allied health and community partners to drive high-quality outcomes, champion best-practice, and foster an inclusive environment where your expertise makes a genuine impact. Bring your leadership, compassion and creativity, and thrive every day in a challenging, client-centred role.
This is a permanent, full time (37.5 hrs per week), position and includes flexible and family friendly options. This role is based is Karratha.
What you will bring!
You will bring your patient and empathetic nature alongside experience in delivering person centred, trauma informed services that are culturally appropriate.
The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year, WA Driver's licence and WA Working with Children Check. Please note that the organisation may seek to request an international police clearance if necessary.
