As a Warehouse Storeperson, you will work alongside an experienced team to help keep our busy warehouse running safely and efficiently.

Your day will involve a variety of tasks, including receiving and organising stock, unloading containers, picking orders and preparing furniture for delivery to our stores and customers.

This is an active, physically demanding position involving regular manual handling and the movement of bulky furniture and stock. You will need to be comfortable working on your feet and assisting with container unloading in varying weather conditions.

Please note that this is a varied warehouse role and is not limited solely to forklift operation.

• Picking and packing orders accurately for dispatch

• Receiving, unpacking and organising incoming stock

• Loading and unloading furniture, goods and pallets from trucks and containers

• Moving and organising stock safely throughout the warehouse

• Operating forklifts and order pickers safely and efficiently

• Labelling, wrapping and preparing goods for storage or dispatch

• Handling furniture carefully to minimise damage

• Checking orders and stock movements to maintain a high level of accuracy

• Keeping work areas clean, safe and well organised

• Assisting the team with other warehouse duties as required

• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

We are looking for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious and willing to contribute to the team.

To be successful, you will have:

• A current LF/LO licence (LF minimum)

• A current C-class driver’s licence

• The ability to obtain and provide a National Police Clearance

• A good level of physical fitness and endurance

• An understanding of safe manual-handling practices

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• A reliable, proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
