Assistant Store Manager / 2IC

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager. 

The successful candidate will be based in Yatala QLD.

Have you worked in a 2IC, department manager or co-ordinator role? 

Our successful candidate will have:

• 1 year retail / trade experience.

• Outstanding customer service standards! 

• A real passion for delivery of sound, solid customer service.

• An eye for detail, always looking to improve.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Can complete physical duties associated with packing orders and loading of vehicles.

• Worked in a fast paced environment - hands on everyday.

• A non-stop drive to reach and exceed sales targets.

• A very strong focus on store standards and presentation, thrives on getting in and getting the job done.

• Previously worked to KPI's (this will be an advantage).

• Has advanced computer skills.

• Understanding of stock management processes.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Store Manager in driving store sales and achieving targets.

• All aspects of Customer Service both face to face and over the phone.

• Meeting deadlines around service, sales and deliveries.

• Contributing to all aspects of store operations; serving customers, packing loads, housekeeping.

• Generating leads and contacting new customers, also building rapport with existing customers to meet their expectations and needs.
