Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Interpreter. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their machinery parts requirements. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of front desk operations, including greeting customers, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts inquiries, orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

• Maintain inventory records and optimise stock levels to meet customer demand.

• Collaborate with the parts manager to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

• Assist with dealership administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

• Support other departments as needed and actively participate in training and development programs.

• Deal with incoming and out-going freight logistics on a day-to-day basis

• Work with colleagues to continually improve rolling stock-take processes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Familiarity with agricultural machinery and parts is desirable, however not essential.

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and multitask in a fast-paced setting.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Forklift Operators certification preferred.
