The Opportunity

As a Pastefill Operator, you’ll support underground infrastructure by installing, operating and maintaining pastefill reticulation systems to ensure ground stability and enable ongoing mining activities.

Reporting to the Supervisor Pastefill, you’ll join a high-performing, tight-knit crew that plays a vital role in underground production and development. If you’d like to make your mark underground, we’d love to hear from you!

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven underground mining experience with service crew and pastefill exposure highly regardedStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and solve system faultsA proactive attitude with a commitment to safety and continuous improvementAble to work effectively in a team in a physically demanding underground environmentValid manual C Class Driver’s LicenceWA Dangerous Goods Security Card and Working at Heights

About the Role:

Installing, operating, and maintaining underground paste reticulation, compressed air, ventilation, and water/dewatering systemsConducting inspections, preventative maintenance, and timely equipment repairsSupporting the team through handovers, technical guidance, and maintaining strong safety and housekeeping standards
