About the role
Galambila Aboriginal Health Service is seeking an experienced, passionate and values driven clinical leader to join our growing leadership team as our new Clinical Services Manager.
This exciting newly created position has been established as part of a significant organisational restructure designed to strengthen clinical leadership and service integration across our organisation. It represents a unique opportunity to shape the future of clinical service delivery within a progressive Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation.
Working with the support of a newly appointed General Manager – Operations, you will play a pivotal role in building a collaborative leadership team that includes Child and Family Health, Social Health (Social & Emotional Wellbeing) and a Senior Medical Officer that supports our employees, strengthens multidisciplinary care and delivers exceptional health outcomes for our community.
Based on beautiful Gumbaynggirr Country in Coffs Harbour, this is a rare opportunity to leave a lasting legacy while working within an organisation deeply committed to culturally safe, community led healthcare.
This role is responsible for clinical leadership of our multi-disciplinary team, workforce capability, maintaining standards consistent with relevant accreditation and quality improvement whilst ensuring our services continue to deliver safe, evidence based and culturally responsive healthcare.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity to influence the future direction of clinical services while mentoring and supporting a dedicated team of health professionals who are passionate about improving Aboriginal health outcomes. Your day-to-day objectives will be working towards embedding a culture of continuous quality improvement across the organisation.
You are an experienced clinical leader who enjoys supporting people, improving systems and creating environments where clinicians can provide outstanding care.
You bring sound clinical judgement, strong leadership capability and a collaborative approach that inspires confidence across multidisciplinary teams.

Experience working within an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation or alongside Aboriginal communities will be highly regarded.
