Location: Melbourne, VIC
Employment: Full-time
Hours: Monday–Friday, generally 7:00am–3:00pm, with occasional Saturday work

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our growing crew.

We specialise in high-quality residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on synthetic turf and landscaping. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors and taking pride in a quality finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Synthetic turf installations

• Excavation, base preparation and compaction

• Timber edging

• Landscaping and general site works

• Sports field netting installations

• Client communications

• Quoting and project coordination

About You

Experience in Synthetic turf or landscaping is preferred, but not essential.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong attention to detail

• Is proactive, reliable and willing to learn

• Takes pride in their work

• Enjoys physical, outdoor work

• Works well as part of a small team

• Has a current driver’s licence

Full training will be provided. A company vehicle may be available to the right candidate.
