Swim Instructor

We’re looking for a passionate and qualified Casual Swim Instructor – Babies and Toddlers Focus to join our Health Club team.

Location: TLC Health Club – MordiallocAvailability: Casual – must have availability to work weekends

What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare and deliver engaging swim lessons primarily tailored to babies, toddlers, and their caregiversSupport the development of water confidence, safety awareness, and early swimming skills in young childrenContribute to lessons for older children and adult learners where required, helping swimmers continue to build skills and confidenceCreate a welcoming, calm, and positive learning environment for children, adults, and familiesEnsure teaching equipment and lane space are prepared, safe, and suitable for all class types, with a strong focus on infant and toddler programsParticipate in team training and uphold duty of care, incident reporting, and mandatory reporting requirements

About You

Passionate about helping babies and toddlers feel safe, confident, and happy in the waterExperienced or confident in working with infants, toddlers, and their caregivers, with the ability to build trust with familiesAble to adapt teaching style to support older children and adult learners when neededA calm, friendly, and professional communicator who creates a positive learning experience for a diverse range of swimmersReliable, enthusiastic, and available to work weekends
