About the Role:

As a Carpenter at Davies Henderson, you will play a crucial role in bringing our projects to life. You will work closely with a skilled team, contributing your expertise to help us achieve our vision of exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction. This role is fundamental in maintaining the high standards we promise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Construct, erect, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures.

2. Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.

3. Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures as needed.

4. Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks.

5. Collaborate with site managers and other tradespeople to ensure project milestones are met.

6. Oversee apprentices and subcontractors, providing guidance as needed.

7. Ensure the highest quality standards are met in all line items of carpentry work.

8. Maintain a safe work environment and report any issues immediately.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Carpenter with the following qualifications:

- Experience: 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.

- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.

- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools.

- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods.

- Great attention to detail and precision in work.

- Reliable and able to work independently and within a team environment.

- Good physical condition and stamina.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
