Store Manager

Bedgear is one of the world's fastest-growing Performance Sleep brands, represented in more than 40 countries. Our Miranda flagship store opened just six months ago and local customers are loving the experience. We continue to build outstanding Google reviews through personalised pillow fittings, expert advice and an engaging in-store environment.

Working full-time on a rotating roster that includes three weekends in four, you'll report directly to the Senior Stores Manager and will:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the store
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build lasting customer relationships
• Coach, motivate and develop a team of 2–4 casual and part-time team members
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Prepare rosters and oversee daily staffing requirements
• Manage store and personal sales targets
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate customer deliveries with supply partners

• Experience leading a customer-focused retail team, preferably within a recognised consumer brand; or
• You are a high-performing salesperson who believes they are ready to prove themselves in their first leadership role
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people improve their sleep and wellbeing
• Australian work rights are required for this position
