We are friendly growing fabricating business, looking for 2x Motivated and reliable Super Stars to join our Team!
As our business goes from strength to strength, we are improving our systems and processes, we are seeking 2 Super Stars to join our team, who enjoy being apart of a team, while also having an input into our systems!
Position 1: The Workflow Superstar! (Part Time 5 Days)
Are you someone who loves organization, enjoys variety, and thrives on keeping everything on track? As our Workflow Superstar, you'll play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring our daily operations run smoothly.
Your Day will include;
Creating Calendar Job Cards for Installations, Deliveries
Liaising with Customers (via Phone and Email)
Preparing Delivery Sheets & Coordinating Daily Run Sheets
General Correspondence
General Office Administration and Day to Day operations / Providing Support
Are you someone who has;
Excellent Organization and Time Management Skills?
Strong Communication and Customer Service?
Ability to Multitask and Priorities Tasks?
Excellent Computer Skills - Including Microsoft Office / Excel Documents?
Attention to Detail?

Position 2: Data Detective / Wizard (Part Time 3-4 Days)
If Spreadsheets make you smile and Data Entry is satisfying and Balancing Details is your superpower this might be the perfect role for you!
As the Data Detective you will be;
Entering Data and maintaining Data across; MYOB and Excel
Processing New Orders, Creating Job Folders,
Compiling, checking and finalizing Quotations
Assist with End Of Month Preparation
Assisting with Purchasing
We are looking for someone with amazing attention to detail, a little experience with MYOB (accounting system) has strong computer and excel skills, and organized this is the role for you!
We will also cross train in each roll, so if needed you can jump in and help the team out where needed!
