Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of hospitality professionals
• Manage bookings, events, and special functions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver a high-quality experience
• Develop and maintain relationships with guests, ensuring repeat business

About you:

• At least 3 years experience in a management role in hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a hands-on approach
• Passion for delivering excellent service and creating memorable guest experiences
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required
