We're looking for an ambitious Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a hybrid contractor role. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys clinical autonomy, wants to grow their own caseload, and values working alongside experienced Exercise Physiologists in a collaborative environment.

As a Physiotherapist at Sydney Injury Specialists, you'll manage a varied musculoskeletal caseload while working within an established clinic that provides strong referral pathways, proven systems, and ongoing support.

Your Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy through a combination of hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation.
• Develop and progress personalised rehabilitation programs.
• Build and manage your own caseload while nurturing long-term client relationships.
• Follow up new enquiries and convert leads into long-term clients.
• Work collaboratively with our Exercise Physiologists to achieve exceptional client outcomes.
• Utilise objective rehabilitation technology, including force plate testing and strength assessment systems.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using our practice management systems.
• Liaise professionally with GPs, specialists, insurers, coaches, and other health professionals.
