Join the Largest Franchise Bakery in Australia – Bakers Delight Cherrybrook. We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and passionate Qualified Baker to join our team at Bakers Delight Cherrybrook. As an Australian-owned company, we pride ourselves on offering quality, variety, and value to our customers with a focus on enhancing their experience every time.

• Be prepared to work a flexible schedule, including shifts from 4 am to 12 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality bakery products following Bakers Delight recipes.

• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Inspect and weigh raw materials for baking.

• Perform various tasks in dough and pastry preparation.

• Create pastry fillings and monitor oven temperatures.

• Oversee the baking process and coordinate product handling.

• Decorate and glaze products as needed.

• Maintain and clean baking equipment and utensils.

Selection Criteria

• Availability for work across seven days a week, including evenings and some public holidays (starting as early as 4 am).

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and communicate effectively with customers and staff.

• Display a positive attitude.

• Follow directions from managers/supervisors.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Train, mentor, and supervise bakery department staff and apprentices.

• Possess a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 years of experience or a Certificate III in Baking/Pastry as a Baker is advantageous.
