Due to growth, we require a Business Development Manager - Balance Machines for our Bassendean Head Office.

This is a great opportunity for experienced people with a 'can do' attitude, who are reliable and would like to work in a team environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Take the lead in mastering relationships and opportunities of existing customers/projects and bring new leads and opportunities from new customers to expand this important business area.

• Project Management: Formulate and oversee the delivery of new projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality outcomes for our clients.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Drive: High energy and a practical approach.

• Qualified: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar (related apprenticeship).

Experienced:

• Solid previous experience in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management.

• Strong network in the Western Australian balance machines market.

• Australian Eastern States and overseas experience / exposure would be a plus.

• Site works – installation / repairs / inspections / surveys on balance machines critical componentry

• Workshop repair / manufacturing of balance machines critical componentry – Track Wheels, Bogie Assemblies, Slew bearing / Slew Gear / Bucket Wheel Gearbox / Bucket Wheel and others

• Exceptional People Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships.

• Collaborative Leadership: A team player with experience working across multifunctional teams.

• Computer Literacy: Strong computer literacy in MS Office.
