Wanless Waste Management is looking for a Business Development Cadet to join our Dandenong South team and learn the ropes in one of Australia’s most essential and sustainability-focused industries.

Learning the world of business development from people who know the gameResearching and identifying new opportunities across retail, commercial and industrial sectorsParticipating in door-to-door sales in a designated territory to canvas and connect with local businesses, generate leads and promote our offerings Making outbound calls, introducing Wanless services and starting conversations with potential customersSupporting CRM updates, pipeline tracking and client record managementSitting in on client meetings and industry events to learn how strong relationships are builtHelping prepare quotes and proposals and learning what it takes to close the dealKeeping an eye on competitors, market trends and new opportunitiesWorking with internal teams to understand how smart, tailored waste and recycling solutions are createdLearning how to communicate value clearly, confidently and professionally

You don’t need waste or recycling experience we can teach that. What we’re really looking for is attitude, energy and someone who’s willing to have a go.
