DetailsiSEAO is currently developing an Expert Intelligence software named iExpert. We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to take on the challenge of building and validating iExpert components. You will be working as part of our iExpert product development team to understand the specifications of each component of this EI model. You will be working collaboratively with senior team members to formulate solutions to a wide range of technical problems and will be collectively responsible for executing the agreed solution. You will touch base with the team and lead product developer regularly to provide updates on progress and agree on the best way forward.
Our office is based in the Tech hub in Chippendale. There is some flexibility around working days and hours, to allow you to balance study and work commitments. Ideally, you would work 3 days per week while studying, with a view to considering full-time employment upon completing your studies.
This job will suit you if:- You are driven to pursue a career in cutting edge Intelligence creation- You love interesting challenges, solving problems and developing innovative solutions- You are able to work and collaborate effectively within a team, as well as work independently to tackle problems yourself, and are able to adapt your approach to the problem- You have very strong technical, analytical and data skills- Experience in excel is preferred (i.e. pivots, Vlookup, etc.)- You are proficient in programming languages, in particular, Python, and are willing and able to learn new skills quickly.
Ideally, you will be in your final year of university, however we will consider applications from penultimate-year students.
