🔹 Matthew Walsh Electrical is a well-established Ballarat electrical contractor specialising in quality domestic and commercial electrical work, lighting control systems, CCTV, data and communications, maintenance, renovations and commercial projects.

🔹 Ballarat Solar Group specialises in premium residential and commercial solar, battery storage and EV charging solutions. We are Certified Tesla Powerwall Retailers & Installers and proudly install Sigenergy, Sungrow and Enphase systems. Our focus is quality workmanship and customer service—not volume.

 The Role

·      As part of our management team you'll be involved in:

·      Quoting and estimating projects

·      Site inspections and project assessments

·      Project management from start to finish

·      Scheduling staff and coordinating workflows

·      Supervising day-to-day site operations

·      Domestic and commercial electrical installations

·      Residential and commercial solar & battery installations

·      Customer liaison and contractor coordination

·      Leading apprentices and maintaining exceptional workmanship

·      Assisting with the ongoing growth and management of the business

 About You

·      We're looking for someone who is:

·      An A-Grade Electrician or 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice

·      Reliable, motivated and organised

·      A strong communicator with leadership potential

·      Passionate about quality workmanship

·      Keen to continue learning and developing professionally
Looking for a long-term career with real opportunities

·      Previous solar and battery experience is an advantage, but not essential. Full training will be provided to the right person.

 What We Offer

·       $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 12 months of continuous employment)

·      Base salary package from $130,000 for the right candidate

·      Up to $140,000 for accredited Solar & Battery Electricians

·      Profit Share Opportunity (potential for additional $2,000–$3,000+ per quarter)
