We are looking for a sales assistant for our Osborne Park Store. This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate team and play a key role in helping Australians achieve their fitness goals.
About the RoleWe are seeking a full-time Sales Assistant with proven retail experience. You'll be responsible for leading daily operations, working with a small sales team, scheduling deliveries, and driving exceptional customer experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and team leadership, with a strong sales focus.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive retail sales and provide tailored solutions for customers' fitness needs
Book and schedule customer deliveries and installations
Manage banking, reconciliations, and daily cash handling
Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness
Handle customer queries across in-store, phone, email, and online platforms
Support in-store marketing and lead generation activities
Ensure stock management, administrative tasks, and local reporting are completed accurately
2+ years' experience in a retail role (fitness, automotive, or lifestyle retail experience highly regarded)
Confident working in a sales-driven environment and achieving KPIs
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
Excellent communication and time management skills
Tech-savvy – familiarity with CIN7, Excel, Gmail and platforms like Facebook & Instagram is a plus
Availability to work Saturdays
Full working rights in Australia and recent referees
Must have reliable transport
Lead one of Australia's largest Fitness Equipment showrooms
