About the roleAs an Occupational Therapist, you'll be performing home visits across the North Shore and Northern Beaches. Your duties can include:
Home assessments and modificationsAssistive technology prescriptionManual handling educationFalls risk assessments and mobility supportsCognitive assessmentsWellbeing and support for SeniorsMaintaining concise & timely documentation.Communicating effectively with clients, families, and referrers
We mostly work with SAH or Private clients.
What we're looking forFull Australian working rights essentialBachelor of Occupational Therapy essentialMin. 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferredDriver's licence and access to own vehicle essentialCurrent First Aid and CPR, Police Check, and NDIS Worker ScreeningConfident and independent performing home visitsStrong communication skills with clients, families, and teams
