We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at the Brisbane Boys’ College Uniform Store. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a retail environment, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to students, parents, and staff.

About the Role:

As a Campus Store Customer Service Assistant, you will assist families with purchasing and fitting school uniforms while ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience. You will also support stock management, process sales, and maintain store presentation. This is a hands-on retail role where attention to detail and customer care are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and school staff.

• Assist customers in selecting and fitting uniforms, ensuring correct sizing and compliance with school requirements.

• Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Maintain stock levels, assist with deliveries, and keep the store organised and presentable.

• Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure smooth store operations.

• Work independently during shifts while also supporting a broader team.

• Uphold Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards to maintain a safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.

• Experience in retail or a similar role (preferred but not essential).

• A positive, friendly attitude and a willingness to assist customers.

Requirements:

• Valid Working with Children Clearance or the ability to obtain one.

• Australian residency or working rights.
