Working alongside experienced technicians, you'll learn how to restore homes after water, mould, fire and storm damage.

Travel to residential restoration jobs with your team

Assist with water damage restoration, mould remediation, fire restoration and storm damage restoration

Assist with fire and smoke damage clean-up, soot removal and restoration work

Set up and monitor drying equipment including dehumidifiers and air movers

Remove damaged materials where required

Clean, sanitise and restore affected areas

Follow job scopes and restoration procedures

Complete job updates and moisture readings using your phone

Maintain equipment, vehicles and work areas

Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Provide friendly, professional customer service

Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call roster as your training progresses

Build the skills and confidence to eventually manage restoration jobs yourself

You don't need any restoration experience to apply. We'll teach you everything from the ground up. What matters most is that you're reliable, willing to learn and take pride in your work. This isn't designed to be a dead-end labouring job. From day one, you'll receive hands-on training in water damage restoration, mould remediation, fire restoration, structural drying, moisture detection, equipment operation, customer service, digital reporting and industry best practices. As your skills and confidence grow, you'll progress from assisting experienced technicians to running restoration jobs yourself, working directly with customers and property managers, and becoming a trusted Restoration Technician. With experience, you'll have opportunities to move into senior, lead, specialist and supervisory roles as you continue to build your skills and take on more responsibility. The more you learn, the more responsibility you'll take on—and the more you'll earn.
