AI Change Manager

DWS is seeking an AI Change Manager to help lead the people side of a major AI and digital workforce transformation program. This role will focus on driving adoption, building capability, redesigning ways of working, and ensuring employees are equipped to successfully leverage AI, automation and Copilot technologies. You will work closely with business leaders, delivery teams and stakeholders to embed AI-first ways of working while maintaining strong governance, trust and business outcomes.

Style: Hybrid; 3+ days onsite
Salary: Up to $1,000/day (ACN) OR Up to $220K inc. super (Max Term)
  
  
Key requirements:

• Strong organisational change management experience across enterprise technology or digital transformation programs, specifically AI projects / programs
• Certified in at least one change methodology; Prosci or ADKAR
• Experience driving adoption of AI, automation, Copilot or similar digital platforms
• Expert stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
• Experience developing and delivering role-based training, communications and capability uplift initiatives
• Ability to establish and grow champion networks and communities of practice
• Strong experience with adoption metrics, benefits realisation and continuous improvement
• Comfortable redesigning operating models, processes and workforce practices in rapidly evolving environments
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles, governance frameworks and change impacts associated with AI transformation
• Experience within aviation, transport, infrastructure or complex operational environments will be highly regarded
