What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a chef or cook in a busy kitchen

• Knowledge of safe food handling practices 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A passion for delivering quality meals to guests

Duties Include:

• Preparing and cooking meals for restaurant service, events, and functions

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety

• Contributing to menu development and daily specials

• Assisting with stock rotation, ordering, and kitchen organisation
