People Business Partner – Commercial Portfolio (Sales & Corporate)

Location: Adelaide

We’re seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join our Group People team, partnering with senior leaders across our Sales, Marketing and corporate functions in a complex, multi-site manufacturing business.

This role will suit a commercially astute HR professional who is confident operating at a strategic and operational level—coaching leaders, influencing decision-making, and driving people outcomes aligned to business performance.

About the Role

As a trusted advisor to your client group, you will:

• Partner with senior leaders to shape and execute people strategies aligned to commercial objectives
• Provide high-quality, risk-aware advice on complex employee relations matters
• Influence and coach leaders to build capability, accountability, and high-performing teams
• Lead and support organisational design, workforce planning and change initiatives
• Use data and insights to guide workforce decisions and improve business outcomes
• Work closely with Centres of Excellence (TA, L&D, Safety) to deliver integrated people solutions

This is a hands-on Business Partner role, where you’ll balance strategic input with operational delivery.

About You

You are a credible and pragmatic HR Business Partner who brings:

• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in Sales, Marketing or corporate functions
• Demonstrated success in true Business Partnering roles (not only HR Advisory)
• Strong capability in employee relations, coaching, and influencing outcomes at leadership level
• Experience driving organisational change, capability uplift, and workforce initiatives
• Solid understanding of employment legislation and industrial frameworks
• A commercial mindset, with the ability to link people decisions to business performance

You are confident, resilient, and outcomes-focused, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
