The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Workshop Coordinator to join our team at our Cavan branch in Adelaide.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating workshop repairs, machine builds, and refurbishment activities to ensure jobs are planned, resourced, and completed efficiently. Acting as the central point of coordination, you'll work closely with technicians, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain workflow, manage priorities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate workshop schedules, machine builds, and refurbishment projectsManage job progress, WIP, work orders, and invoicing activitiesCoordinate parts procurement and ensure materials are available before work commencesLiaise with technicians, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers to ensure smooth project deliveryMonitor timelines, identify potential delays, and proactively resolve scheduling issuesMaintain accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance recordsSupport quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives across the workshop

About You

Previous experience in a Workshop Coordinator, Service Coordinator, Planner, Scheduler, Service Advisor, or similar roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to detail and strong administrative capabilityExperience within construction, heavy equipment, automotive, manufacturing, mining, or a related industry will be highly regardedA proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong customer focus
